You have a new Username and Password, if this is the first time you are logging in to the new website.
You must follow this process to receive your credentials:
Understand this process depends upon receiving automated emails that often land in spam/junk folders. Please be sure to check those locations, and make sure your email software (and your employer’s IT department) knows that emails from [email protected] are “not junk” and should be whitelisted.
- You need to know (and have access to) the email address listed in our old database, with a caveat — if that email address is longer than 25 characters, you must contact APMP Member Services ([email protected], 866/466-2767) and we will send your new credentials. If you do not know or have access to the email address in our old database, contact us for assistance.
- With the correct email address, use the Forgot username? link below and enter the correct email address. If you do not receive an email confirming your username within 30 minutes, contact [email protected].
- With the correct username, please use the Forgot password? link below, and you will receive a link to set your password.
