Erin Andersen, CF APMP, is an award-winning proposal executive who drives results while uplifting people and enabling organizations’ successes. With nearly 20 years of government and commercial proposal experience, she has transformed teams and promoted the profession by consistently and effectively implementing proven proposal practices. Erin is the Vice President, Proposal Development at Conduent. She was awarded APMP's Best Content Creator: Article (2021), Bid and Proposal Executive of the Year Top 3 finalist (2020), and 40 Under 40 Award (2017). 

Nicole Shaffer, CP APMP, Senior Business Development Operations Manager, BerryDunn

Nicole Shaffer, CP APMP, Prosci CCP®, serves as the Senior Business Development Operations Manager for BerryDunn. In this role, she collaborates with diverse groups, including Compliance, Recruiting, Proposals Writers, and Subject Matter Experts to answer RFP questions and ensure technical content is accurate, current, and representative of the clients' needs. Nicole has contributed articles to WinningThe, serves on the APMP Board of Directors, and was named a APMP 40 Under 40 (2019) and Penn State DuBois Young Alumni (2020).
